Texas governor to sign bill allowing unlicensed carrying of handguns

"Texas's governor is planning to sign a controversial new gun law that permits unlicensed carrying of handguns. Federal law still requires a background check, but critics are calling this legislation irresponsible. CNBC’s Valerie Castro joins ‘The News with Shepard Smith’ to discuss the Texas gun laws."
Leave it to CNBC to call following the law controversial. The verbiage is: "shall not be infringed." It's not confusing. It's not equivocal. It's not unclear. Shall. Not. Be. Infringed. Way to go, Texas.
